Public Housing residents are encouraged to be responsible in caring for their units. Staff understands that normal wear and tear on a unit is expected, and we make every effort to keep all units in the best possible shape for our residents. A list of standardized charges can be found HERE for things that fall OUTSIDE the realm of normal maintenance. If a resident needs more information on these standardized charges, please contact the MHA office to talk with the Public Housing Manager.
PET POLICY, VIOLATIONS AND REMINDERS
Due to multiple violations of pet rules in the recent weeks, as well as many complaints from city officials of pets at large, unlicensed pets, etc., we want to freshen everyone up on the rules. Please click here to read and review all requirements for pet owners living in a Mexico Public Housing unit. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call the office at 573.581.2294 or stop by the office at 828 Garfield Avenue.
Thanks for your continued cooperation!
